Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with proven experience in the education sector to join our growing education group and play a key role in attracting and appointing high-quality academic and professional services talent.
This is a hands‑on, strategic role working closely with senior leaders to deliver effective recruitment solutions that support organisational growth, quality and performance.
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead end-to-end recruitment activity across the organisation, ensuring recruitment is efficient, compliant and aligned with the wider people strategy. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, build strong talent pipelines and continuously improve the candidate experience within a regulated education environment.
Lead and deliver end-to-end recruitment for academic and professional services roles within an education setting
Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned to workforce planning and institutional priorities
Partner with senior leaders to scope roles and support effective hiring decisions
Build talent pipelines and proactive sourcing strategies for academic and specialist roles
Ensure recruitment activity is fair, inclusive and compliant with employment legislation and sector requirements
Manage employer branding and attraction activity in collaboration with marketing teams
Oversee recruitment agencies and external suppliers
Track and report on recruitment metrics to support continuous improvement
Proven experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment management role within the education sector
Strong understanding of recruitment best practice and employment legislation
Experience recruiting academic and professional services roles
Confident working with senior stakeholders and managing multiple recruitment campaigns
Highly organised, data‑driven and solution‑focused
