A local football club in Swindon is seeking a dedicated coach to support the development of Pre-Academy players. The role includes coaching technical and tactical principles during small-sided games (5v5, 7v7), attending all internal CPD, and maintaining qualifications. Flexibility and willingness to learn are essential, with training sessions scheduled for Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Pay is £12.50 per hour for training sessions.

Qualifications

• Understanding of small-sided games format (5v5, 7v7).
• Availability for all internal CPD with relevant FA qualifications up to date.

Responsibilities

• Coaching Pre-Academy Players.
• Assisting the Lead Coach with duties as appropriate.
• Maintaining 95% attendance throughout the season.

• Such other duties as may be appropriate to achieve the objectives of the post and to assist the Lead Coach.

Rate of pay

Training sessions: £12.50 per hour

Game day rate: As per band illustration.

Schedule

Training Sessions: Wednesday 4.30-5.30pm, Friday 4.30-5.30pm, Saturday 11.00am-1.00pm

All sessions are based at New College, Swindon.
