Qualifications

• Experience demonstrating ability to chair TAF meetings.
• Competent in completing assessments and leading family plans.

Responsibilities

• Support families with children and young people aged 0-19.
• Work directly with children and families and partner agencies.
• Manage commitments and organize responsibilities independently.
