Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Education, Social Care, or Early Years.
  • Proven track record in supporting children and families, both individually and in groups.
  • Experience in community development and conducting assessments of need.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct assessments and develop Family Help Plans.
  • Support children and families both individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with multi-agency teams to provide essential support.
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports.

Skills

Strong knowledge of child development and parenting dynamics
Excellent communication skills
Ability to engage positively with parents, carers, and children
Strong IT skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Education

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Education, Health, Social Care, or Community Development
