SALARY: GBP43,000 to GBP45,000 per annum (dependent on qualifications) + Benefits
LOCATION: Plymouth, Devon (PL1) – Fully Site–Based
JOB TYPE: Full–Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 4.5 days per week, Monday to Friday
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Facilities Manager to join a well–established organisation operating within a manufacturing environment. This role plays a vital part in ensuring buildings, plant and equipment are maintained to high standards, supporting operational performance and safety.
As Facilities Manager you will lead day–to–day facilities operations across multiple locations, working closely with operational teams and external contractors. You will focus on compliance, preventative maintenance, contractor management and continuous improvement.
The Facilities Manager will also support engineering projects, oversee waste management activities and contribute to budget planning. This is a hands–on, business–facing role suited to someone who thrives in a fast–paced, operational setting.
