What You'll Do (Responsibilities):
- Lead initiatives to enhance customer growth and contribute to overall business goals and account‑specific growth objectives.
- Foster a culture of innovation by continuously improving products, processes, and systems while deeply understanding customer needs related to our products.
- Develop strategic and collaborative relationships with clients to support growth and increase long‑term engagement.
- Collaborate closely with sales, client success and delivery teams to facilitate smooth customer launches and ramping.
- Monitor service performance, promptly addressing and managing customer escalations.
- Engage with senior leaders at both prospective and existing clients to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Provide effective reporting and data analysis to cross‑functional teams and leadership, ensuring a clear assessment of client health and performance.
- Act as the voice of the customer to influence internal stakeholders, promoting a customer‑centric culture within the organization.
- Work with cross‑functional leaders to align strategy and execution across all departments.
What You’ll Need To Be Successful In This Role:
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Customer Success, with a focus on cross‑selling and upselling.
- Comprehensive understanding of the financial, banking, payments, or financial services sectors.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, ideally Hubspot, or sales enablement tools.
- Proven ability to navigate dynamic environments with ambiguous structures and processes.
- Thrives in a fast‑paced, constantly evolving business setting, bringing an enthusiastic and engaged mindset.
- Experience working with global clients.
- Proficiency in English is essential; multilingual candidates are preferred.
- Familiarity with using AI to enhance account management processes is a plus.
