A prominent law firm in Greater London is seeking a Reprographics Coordinator to join their Facilities Department. The role involves managing requests for copying and scanning documentation, ensuring efficiency and attention to detail. The successful candidate will possess prior experience in a professional services environment and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro. The team operates on shifts, and flexibility in working hours may be required. The firm is committed to a healthy work-life balance and professional development.
Due to a current member of the team successfully transitioning into a new role within the firm, we are now looking for a new Reprographics Coordinator, to join our London based Facilities Department.
The close-knit team is led by a Head of Facilities and is supported by an Assistant Facilities Manager, Facilities Assistant, Senior Reprographics Coordinator, and two front of house Receptionists.
The department is responsible for the smooth running of our offices, including managing all ingoing/outgoing mail, bulk scanning, copying, printing, documentation management and archiving. The team also make sure the London office is secure, safe, and that amenities are stocked/in working order.
The team work on a shift pattern, making sure there is a member of the team onsite in the London office between 07:30 and 18:30.
As a Reprographics Coordinator, you will be required to provide cover for 09:00-18:00, however, during annual leave or sick leave, you may be required to provide cover for one of the other shifts on an ad-hoc basis.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the requests for copying/scanning of documentation and the collating and binding of documents are completed fast, efficiently and properly. You will work with your team colleagues and our various legal/business service teams to provide a smooth and efficient service.

Interview (in person at our London office)
This will be with the head of facilities and Ash, who will discuss your interest in the role, what you are looking for professionally, and ask some competency/behavioural questions that relate to the key skills/behaviours needed for this position.
You will also have the opportunity to meet the current Senior Reprographics Coordinator (as you would be working very closely with them), gain their insight into the role, and be asked to complete a few tasks that would enable us to see your expertise on a practical level.

Offer of employment
If you are successful and accept our offer of employment, we will submit your details to our background screening company (Giant), who will conduct a series of background checks.
