Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Residential Children’s home either at Senior or Deputy level.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
  • Knowledge of safeguarding procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Integrate into a leadership team overseeing multiple children's homes.
  • Support team members in gaining qualifications and taking on responsibilities.
  • Actively participate in shaping and evolving therapeutic models of care.

Skills

Experience in Residential Children’s home
Knowledge of Ofsted regulations
Experience with budgets and rotas

Education

NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Children and Young People
