A children's residential care organization is seeking a Deputy Manager for their Plymouth location. Qualifications

• At least 1 years’ experience in a residential childcare setting.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Level 3 Children & Young People qualification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and deputise for the Registered Manager.
• Support and develop the team through coaching and supervision.
• Oversee care plans, audits, and compliance.
• Build trusted relationships with young people.

Skills

Experience in a residential childcare setting

Full UK manual driving licence

Ability to be flexible with working days/hours

Education

Level 3 Children & Young People qualification (or equivalent)
