Office located in Cardiff. The Physiotherapist will be required to travel to see to clients living in the Hunter region which include suburbs like east and west lake Macquarie, Newcastle and surrounds and Maitland / Cessnock.**About Role** As a Physiotherapist (full-time or part-time) you’ll be a valued member of our growing HammondCare Home Care, Clinical Care and Practice Team, working closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide individualised physiotherapy services to people within the community. This is an exciting role where you’ll have the autonomy to structure your day and be provided with a broad and varied caseload. This will include client home visits and group activities across a range of settings (in-home rehabilitation or clinic). You’ll deliver person-centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement, consistent with the values and Mission of HammondCare and the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).**About you*** Tertiary qualified physiotherapist, with current AHPRA registration and practical experience or sound knowledge of physiotherapy in a Rehabilitation or Aged care setting.
