Rate: Up to £35,443.45 per year

About the role

As a Physiotherapist with us, you’ll support our residents with a high-quality physiotherapy service throughout their journey with us. You’ll play a key role in empowering them and maximising their independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a set clinical caseload
• Working alongside residents, their loved ones and other professionals to develop and deliver person‑centred physiotherapy interventions
• Collaborating closely with the Therapy Team (Occupational Therapist, Therapy Assistant and Activities Coordinators)
• Carrying out assessments
• Maintaining accurate records for people receiving physiotherapy services
• Promoting choice, dignity and independence

Qualifications & Competencies

• Thorough understanding of physiotherapy best practice
• Ability to demonstrate an excellent range of physiotherapy interventions and treatments
• A kind and caring approach with a sense of humour and fun
• Lots of enthusiasm to encourage and motivate others
• Creative thinking and sound organisational skills
• Great listening and communication skills
• BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy and HCPC registration
