Office located in Cardiff. The Occupational Therapist will be required to travel to see to clients living in the Hunter region which include suburbs like east and west lake Macquarie, Newcastle and surrounds and Maitland / Cessnock.As an Occupational Therapist (Full-time or Part-time) you’ll be a valued member of our growing restorative care team, working closely with an experienced multi-disciplinary team to provide tailored and individualised services to people within the community. A typical day will involve assessing functional care needs, setting clear care goals, and providing treatment and intervention. This is an exciting role where you’ll have the autonomy to structure your day and be provided with a broad and varied caseload. This will include client home visits and group activities across a range of settings (in-home rehabilitation or clinic-based). You will deliver person-centred care in an environment that promotes continuous quality improvement consistent with the values of HammondCare and the Australian Health Practitioners Regulatory Agency (AHPRA).**About you*** A tertiary qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration and practical experience, or sound knowledge in a Rehabilitation or Aged Care setting.
