A regional government authority is seeking a Children's ASYE Social Worker to join their team in Gloucestershire. The ideal candidate will be a recent social work graduate, able to effectively communicate and collaborate with peers to support children and families. Our celebrated Assessed and Supported Year in Employment (ASYE) will support you to grow and develop your practice alongside experienced Social Workers within your team. You will be mentored and guided as you build your knowledge, confidence and decision‑making, working with a protected caseload throughout the programme.
