The Global Markets Division

As a strategist in the Global Markets Division, you will play an integral role on the trading. You may create quantitative models to uncover unseen trends in markets, use statistical tools to assist clients in analyzing their portfolios and analyze data to help shape product development decisions and business strategy. Throughout the Global Markets Division, strategists are using quantitative and technological techniques to solve complex business problems. The Marquee Sales Strats Team

The Marquee Sales Strats team performs quantitative and other analysis, working with models and data to help provide insights on financial markets and Marquee’s platform trends. We work with Sales, Trading, Engineering, Product, Design, other areas of the Global Markets Division and with clients. The global team includes experts in financial markets and products, structuring, technology and data science.

As a Marquee Sales Strategist, you will design and develop practical models to output analytics for the Goldman Sachs Franchise; helping better service the firm’s clients. You will partner closely with Goldman Sachs Traders, Salespeople and Strats across all asset classes to produce insights that will drive adoption of the Marquee platform and ensure clients are delivered the most relevant, timely content. You will primarily use technologies like Python, Jupyter, Pandas, Trino and SQL.
