A leading healthcare company in the UK is seeking a Transformation Project Manager to spearhead critical change initiatives within the Wellness division. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end transformation projects, aligning technology, processes, and people. What you'll be doing
Wellness by Boots is looking for a Transformation Project Manager to lead critical change initiatives that improve how our business operates and delivers for customers. You'll drive end‑to‑end transformation projects, aligning people, processes and technology to create measurable impact, while ensuring delivery is on time, within scope and commercially effective.
The role is a 12 Months fixed term contract based at Boots Support Office in Beeston. With some travel expected to store's and other business locations. The successful candidate will be working cross functionally with diverse teams, partnering the programme management team to deliver the Wellness programme ambition.
The Project Manager will be part of the wider Wellness team, working closely with the Wellness Programme Manager, and the Transformation Lead you'll ignite cross‑business transformation, bringing people, processes and technology together to deliver smarter, faster, more impactful ways of working.

Working closely with the Programme Manager, you'll plan, manage and deliver projects that improve how our organisation operates. As a Project Manager, you will play a central role in coordinating and delivering projects that support strategic priorities across the business. Working closely with stakeholders, subject‑matter experts and senior leaders, you will ensure projects are clearly defined, well‑governed and delivered to scope, time and budget.
You'll own end‑to‑end delivery, developing the business case to planning, resource coordination, risk management, status reporting and benefits tracking. You'll support the Programme Manager with portfolio governance and ensure the right processes and controls are in place to enable efficient, effective delivery.
