Qualifications

• RICS Registered Surveyor (AssocRICS / MRICS / FRICS).
• Proven experience in delivering Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys.
• Strong understanding of UK residential construction and building pathology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out Level 2 Homebuyer Surveys and Level 3 Building Surveys.
• Produce clear, accurate, and professional reports.
• Communicate survey findings clearly and professionally.
