Qualifications

• At least 12 months of relevant residential valuation experience.
• Demonstrable experience in residential valuation and/or surveying.
• Sound understanding of valuation methodology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct RICS Level 1 and 2 surveys.
• Complete mortgage valuation reports for various lender clients.
• Produce reports in line with RICS Red Book standards.

Skills
