• Ability to perform root cause analysis and agree ownership for prevention activities.
• Excellent negotiation and influencing skills, working as a collaborative partner.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for delivering end-to-end operational excellence in incident management.
• Ensure compliance with regulators and all associated SLAs.
• Propose amendments to controls based on incidents.
