• Drive end-to-end ownership of the hiring lifecycle.

• Source and engage candidates for current and future roles.
• Elevate employer brand to attract top talent.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience for all applicants.
• Utilize ATS data to track performance and suggest improvements.
• Develop the Talent function and scaling frameworks.
• Align hiring plans with company's operational strategy.
