What you’ll be doing
  • Welcoming customers and setting clear expectations for their service or repair
  • Keeping customers updated throughout their vehicle’s journey

  • Following up after work is completed to ensure satisfaction
  • Working collaboratively with the workshop to deliver an outstanding experience
we’re looking for
  • Previous experience in a customer‑facing service role — essential
  • A natural communicator who builds rapport with ease
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
  • A positive, proactive approach to meeting targets and deadlines
  • Experience as a Service Advisor is an advantage, but not essential
