About The Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join a friendly team working in our Northern region and based at our office in Warringto non an 11-month fixed term contract on a part time basis 30 hours per week . The purpose of the role will include;
- Supporting the Sales team to deliver the strategic three-month rolling marketing plan
- Working closely with our appointed design, signage and communication agencies to deliver agreed strategies
- Maintaining accurate records of signage both off and on-site, ensuring any payments are made as required and signage is up to date.
- Organising and briefing new photography, identifying any gaps in the image library and ensuring that images are uploaded and tagged
- Updating the website and property portals such as Rightmove ensuring listings are accurate
- Proof reading and liaising with other departments to ensure accuracy of all published material
- Working with the marketing team to ensure consistency of brand and messaging both offline and online
- Creating engaging email campaigns to send out to the database on a regular basis
- Managing incoming phone calls and enquiries from customers and sales consultants
- Creating and sourcing appropriate and engaging content for social media
- Creating internal newsletters
- Working in collaboration with the regional sales team, collate and produce month end reports to capture all accurate sales activity for that recording period and where necessary distribute Sales reports to the team and wider business.
- Assisting in completing client extras orders on time and monitoring refunds.
- Processing commission payments
- Performing general office administration tasks
