Job summary

A leading engineering recruitment firm is seeking an organized and proactive HR Administrator for a temporary role in Leatherhead. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing HR administration, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and offboarding processes. Attention to detail and a customer-service mindset are vital. Experience with HR systems and confidentiality is preferred. This hybrid role requires 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage general HR administration tasks as directed.
  • Handle employee lifecycle correspondence.
  • Update Workday with new starters, employee changes, and leavers.
  • Maintain and organise HR files and documentation.
  • Support monthly payroll processing by ensuring accuracy.
