Your responsibilities will include:* Leading, motivating, and developing a team of technicians, ensuring strong performance, attendance, behaviour, and wellbeing* Overseeing planned preventative maintenance and delivering reactive and remedial works* Ensuring all activities comply with statutory and regulatory requirements, including CDM, building regulations, fire safety, equality legislation, planning and environmental standards* Using a bespoke IT system to maintain accurate records and reporting* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless maintenance delivery* Writing clear and effective contract specifications* Supporting continuous improvement across maintenance processes and systems **What You’ll Bring**We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong leadership.
