Qualifications

• Experience in the preparation of quotations and estimates.
• Practical experience within the building/construction/building services industries.
• Experience of the management of Health and Safety across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the execution of projects with values between £50k to £15m.
• Provide Health and Safety leadership to site delivery teams.
• Manage the projects in accordance with the NEC3 Framework Contract.

Skills

Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge and skills to effectively problem solve

High level of self-motivation and organizational ability

Experience in the use of the NEC3 Contract

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software

Education

SMSTS, City & Guilds/NVQ construction related qualifications

CSCS Card & First Aid

Tools

Fieldview or similar tablet-based quality assurance
