Job summary

A leading global real estate and investment management firm is seeking a Project Manager to oversee the execution of multiple concurrent projects valued between £50k and £15m across various sites in Bristol. The successful candidate will provide health and safety leadership, manage project compliance with relevant standards, and maintain effective client relationships. Candidates should possess relevant construction qualifications, excellent communication skills, and experience in project management within the construction industry. This is a full-time position based on-site in Bristol.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing Health and Safety across multiple sites.
• Practical experience within the building/construction sectors.
• Experience in preparing quotations and estimates.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the execution of projects valued between £50k and £15m.
• Provide health and safety leadership to site delivery teams.
• Ensure projects comply with Rolls-Royce standards.
