A well-established educational institution in the UK is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide high-quality HR services and support employee relations. The role includes acting as the HR contact for staff, delivering effective interventions on employee relations issues, and supporting management with recruitment. Candidates should possess strong HR advisory experience, excellent communication skills, and a good understanding of employment law.
