Your Role

We are recruiting a Night Shift Production Team Leader to join our B. Braun Sterilog site in Pudsey. Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing a team to ensure production activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with quality and regulatory requirements.

Working hours

37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 10pm-6am

Your main responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a production team to achieve operational targets
• Ensure production activities are carried out in line with company procedures, quality standards, and GMP requirements
• Monitor performance, productivity, and output, taking action to address issues and drive improvements
• Support training, development, and performance management of team members
• Work closely with the Production Manager and cross-functional teams to support business objectives

• Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, support, and develop others
• Experience working within regulated or quality-driven environments
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage workloads effectively
• Confident decision-making skills with a practical, solutions-focused approach
