Qualifications

  • 5 x GCSE Passes at Grade C or above.
  • CIPD Level 3 Qualification (or actively working towards completion).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Previous experience in a HR or People Administration role.
  • Basic understanding of UK employment law.
  • Previous experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Payroll knowledge.
  • Experience using HR systems and databases.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line HR advice to employees and managers.
  • Assist with recruitment administration and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with HR documentation standards.
  • Support HR systems maintenance.
  • Help with employee relations processes.
  • Assist with monthly payroll and data collation.
