A reputable law firm in Lincoln is seeking an Experienced HR Advisor to support the HR team in delivering effective HR strategies. Key responsibilities include providing HR advice, assisting with recruitment, maintaining HR documentation, and supporting payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have a CIPD Level 3 qualification and prior experience in HR or a professional services environment. The HR Advisor will work closely with the HR team to deliver the HR Strategy and ensuring effective and efficient management of day‑to‑day HR processes.

Qualifications
5 x GCSE Passes at Grade C or above.
CIPD Level 3 Qualification (or actively working towards completion)
Knowledge
Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Previous experience in a HR or People Administration role.
Basicunderstanding ofUK employment law.
Previous experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
Payroll knowledge.
Experience using HR systems and databases.
