A global investment manager in the City of London is seeking an apprentice to join their Product Development Team. The role involves managing the development lifecycle of products for UK and Luxembourg funds while engaging with various teams to ensure successful product launches. The ideal candidate should be a recent school leaver, over 18 by September 2026, and have relevant qualifications like A-levels. This apprenticeship offers a comprehensive introduction to investment management.

Schroders’ two-year apprenticeship programmes give school and college leavers a hands‑on introduction to investment management and the opportunity to develop key skills, gain professional qualifications and build an industry network. We have a wide range of opportunities across our business.
You will join as an apprentice as part of the Investment20/20 programme. You will have opportunities to meet and network with apprentices across the industry, as well as participate in technical skills training, socials and insight events.
This role is part of the Product Development Team within the Client Group.
The Product Development Team is responsible for co-ordinating the development of new products and on-going range management for our UK and European fund ranges including taking the responsibility for prospectus and regulatory submissions:
Reporting to a Product Development Manager, you will collaborate with the PD team on all aspects of the product lifecycle for our UK and Luxembourg fund ranges.
