A leading support services firm in the UK is looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Executive General Manager. The ideal candidate is an experienced Personal or Executive Assistant who demonstrates exceptional communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Responsibilities include presentation preparation, stakeholder communication, email management, and travel coordination. ABOUT JOB

We have an exciting opportunity for an outgoing Personal Assistant, to support the Executive General Manager.

Primarily you will be responsible for:
  • Presentation preparation, for both internal and external meetings
  • Communicating professionally with a broad range of stakeholders, including brand representatives and suppliers
  • Email management, including the occasional need to respond to emails on behalf of the EGM
  • Communication drafting and distirubtion
  • Corporate credit card expenditure reporting and reconciliations
  • Travel and accommodation coordination
  • And so much more…
About You

You are an experienced Personal/Executive Assistant with a ‘can-do’ and flexible attitude to supporting the EGM and broader business.

You’re a confident, welcoming people‑person who has no fear of picking up the phone to have conversations with senior leaders, both internal and external. You demonstrate exceptional time management, strong Microsoft Office skills and have top‑notch written and verbal communication skills.

You’ll also be keen to support wherever needed; we’re a team that values customer service above all else, rather than straight adherence to a position description!
