Duties and tasks related to the Luggage Porter Flexi role include:

• Welcoming the guests to the hotel in a professional manner, make an all-important first connection, extending a warm welcome, and assisting guests as required
• Ensuring the forecourt/lobby is kept clean & tidy at all times in accordance with hotel standards
• Providing a smooth arrival and departure experience including rooming and delivering luggage
• Providing all required information about the Hotel, available services and facilities.
