Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle tenant inquiries and ensure they have a seamless experience.
• Monitor building security and address arising concerns.
• Manage and rotate stock to ensure supplies are well-maintained.
• Oversee pantry facilities and maintain presentation standards.
• Address maintenance issues that occur during the night.
• Stay on top of administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Help maintain the cleanliness of the building.
