A leading corporate reception service provider is seeking a Front of House Team Leader for their Manchester office. The successful candidate will supervise and develop a diverse team to ensure exceptional visitor experiences for one of the world's largest international banks. Responsibilities include managing the reception team effectively, fostering excellent service standards, and engaging with clients and stakeholders. Previous supervisory experience in a customer service role is essential. This is a 9-month maternity cover contract with a salary of £33,762.

We are looking for a Front of House Team Leader to supervise our amazing welcome team, ensuring this prestigious bank remains a market leader for positive visitor experience and service excellence.
The role of the Team Leader is to supervise and develop the team to provide the highest level of client care and personal service to all stakeholders in the Client's business which includes visitors, clients and internal stakeholders.
Hours: 40 hours per week, flexible shifts between 7am-6pm from Mon-Fri
Salary: £33,762
Please note that this is 9-month maternity leave contract.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and exceptional attention to detail. They will be proactive, flexible and have a can-do attitude, with the ability to set the example, supervise and develop a large, diverse team and promote change. The successful candidate must be able to engage with others to create rapport and be able to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
Previous supervisory customer service experience is essential. Preferably, within a similar environment.
