A leading telecommunications provider in Greater London is seeking a Business Solution Architect to play a critical role in enhancing corporate functions through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a Master’s degree and have over five years of experience in business and solution architecture within large organizations. Responsibilities include defining service architecture, enhancing user experience, and ensuring effective platform adoption. This position offers the chance to work in a dynamic environment that values diversity and innovation.
The Corporate Functions Service Tower (CFST) in VOIS comprises circa 3,000 people working across a broad range of corporate services in Finance, HR, Data Analytics and Security. Our focus for FY26 centres on being customer driven to ensure we deliver real value, whilst also transforming with impact across our organisation. This is underpinned by our reliable, rock solid BAU that guarantees reliability and performance across the tower.
The Business Solution Architect plays a key role to ensuring Corporate Functions maintains and expands its competitive edge by delivering business solutions and providing architecture and platform adoption for existing and new customers within Vodafone, across the telecommunications sector and beyond. The solutions will strengthen Corporate Functions ability to deliver cutting‑edge services that can scale (in line with the rest of the organisation) whilst striving to set new industry benchmarks. This role is critical to ensuring the organization remains competitive and future‑ready.
You will contribute in defining and implementing the solution and architecture strategy and drive alignment across all 3 areas of accountability. In addition, proactively partner with external providers – such as, but not limited to, SAP – to drive our agenda locally and globally, while complementing and interlocking with internal business and technical stakeholders.

Belonging at Vodafone isn’t a concept; it’s lived, breathed, and cultivated through everything we do. You’ll be part of a global and diverse community, with many different minds, abilities, backgrounds and cultures. We’re committed to increase diversity, ensure equal representation, and make Vodafone a place everyone feels safe, valued and included.
