• Maintain ticket updates for all reported incidents.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office and Cisco Jabber.
• Support Apple PC users with basic Mac OS knowledge.
• Install and troubleshoot printers and hardware.
• Perform repairs on desktops and laptops.
