Job summary

A growing organization in Corby is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support sales and customer service activities. This full-time role involves managing customer contracts, producing service reports, and ensuring excellent customer interactions. Qualifications

  • Strong team player and independently capable.
  • Experience in CRM data management is essential.
  • Excellent communication and customer service are necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with administration tasks.
  • Produce annual contract service reports from CRM.
  • Monitor service levels and assist with reporting.
  • Maintain accurate contract and customer data.
  • Reconcile contract data with Finance Manager.
  • Prepare and issue contract quotes and renewals.
  • Manage customer communications and changes.
  • Support NHS Supply Chain quotations.
  • Assist with marketing projects as needed.
  • Generate purchase orders timely.

Skills

Strong team player with the ability to work independently
Experience inputting and managing data within a CRM system
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Well organized with a methodical approach
Ability to work under pressure
