• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

• Immediately respond to alarm calls assessing the care and support needs of people at risk.
• Installing, maintaining and collecting TEC equipment.
• Undertake ‘last resort’ personal care when on a callout.
• Assist with the promotion of the service in local communities.
