Qualifications

• Experience in finance transformation or ERP projects preferred.
• Understanding of multi-entity environments is favorable.
• Background in property, construction, maintenance or related sectors.

Responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated FP&A analyst for the Group and trading entities.
• Build and maintain budgeting, forecasting and reforecasting models.
• Deliver financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Prepare monthly board, lender, and senior management reports.
• Own and develop reporting within Datarails.

Skills

Proven experience in FP&A Analyst or Finance Analyst role

Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting

Advanced Excel skills

Strong analytical and commercial insight
