• Solid understanding of balance sheet, profit & loss, and cash flow statements.
• Experience of preparation and review of financial projections.
• Track record of leading and developing a small team.

Responsibilities

• Lead the annual budgeting cycle and regular reforecasting processes.
• Build robust financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare high quality reports for the Board and senior leadership.
• Identify emerging trends, risks, and opportunities influencing financial outcomes.

Skills

Qualified Accountant – ACCA / ACA / CIMA or equivalent

Complex financial modelling in Microsoft Excel

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Experience with ERP systems, ideally IFS

Flexible approach to working across projects
