Responsibilities

  • Lead onboarding and configuration of the Themis CMS.
  • Support user access, permissions and system readiness.
  • Monitor data quality, accuracy, and performance.
  • Provide training, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
  • Support compliance with data protection and information governance.
  • Contribute to reporting, audits and continuous improvement.

Skills

Experience with CRM or case management systems in service delivery
Strong understanding of data quality and performance monitoring
Able to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical users
Experienced in digital/system change and onboarding
Highly organised and solutions‑focused
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel nationally
