A reputable healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a diabetes dietitian to join its dietetic team at Hereford County Hospital. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to offer both individual and group education to patients with diabetes. The position includes managing outpatient clinics and engaging in specialized diabetes services. Successful candidates will enjoy support from an experienced team within a trust known for delivering quality care and fostering staff development.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a diabetes dietitian to join the dietetic team at Hereford County Hospital. The dietetic team comprises of 16 dietitians and 4 dietetic assistants.
You will be supported in your role by the Band 7 diabetes dietitians. Wye Valley NHS Trust is a member of an NHS Foundation Group with South Warwickshire NHS FT , the George Eliot Hospital NHS Trust and Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.
