A socially responsible facilities management company in the UK is seeking a Mobile Site Supervisor to provide building maintenance across the North West. The successful candidate will be proactive in health and safety checks, liaising with service desks, and supporting client operations. A valid driver's license is essential, as is a willingness to be part of the on-call team. We are looking to recruit a Mobile Site Supervisor to join our existing team within the facilities management business. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an awarding winning company, which provides a first-class maintenance service to its clients. The role will cover sites across the North West, you may be required to cover other sites due to annual leave or sickness. The successful candidate will provide pro-active and re-active building maintenance; carrying out routine health and safety checks and ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
Additionally, you will be involved in numerous tasks including but not limited to:
Aligned to our ethos and values, you will be an integral part the team providing a first-class maintenance service to our clients on multiple sites. Safety and compliance encompasses all aspects of the role, you need to be methodical, organised and have a good set of DIY skills. You will be approachable, confident with excellent communication skills, and enjoy working as part of a dedicated maintenance team. A valid driving licence is required, as you will be provided with a company van.
You will be required to work as part of the on-call team (this is done on a rota basis) and undertake a Standard / or Enhanced DBS check.
