Job description

We’re looking for a reliable and hands-on Site Services Operative to support the safe, efficient running of our site. You’ll work closely with the Engineering team to maintain facilities, hygiene, utilities, and external areas, helping to ensure high standards of safety, compliance, and site presentation.

Key Duties

• Carry out routine and reactive site maintenance
• Maintain buildings, roads, yards, and external areas
• Manage waste, recycling, and hygiene standards
• Clean and maintain drains and prevent blockages
• Support utilities, planned maintenance, and contractors
• Maintain fire alarms, refrigeration, and effluent systems
• Complete daily checks, records, and site logs
• Support site security and winter services

About You

• Experience in site services, facilities, or maintenance
• Good understanding of Health & Safety
• Practical, organised, and reliable
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Positive, flexible, and “can-do” attitude
