A leading social care provider in the UK is seeking a Regional Positive Behaviour Support Partner to enhance PBS practices across services. This role involves coaching staff, developing PBS plans, and ensuring high-quality support. The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification, at least 4 years of social care experience, and strong communication skills. You'll have the chance to make a meaningful impact while fostering a collaborative culture in a hybrid work environment.
Salary: £49,816 per annum based on experience
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire (hybrid)
