Job summary

A leading adult social care provider in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead and motivate the care team to provide person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs. The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse with proven leadership experience and a passion for quality improvement. Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with valid NMC pin.
• Proven leadership experience in a care setting.
• Experience supporting adults with complex needs.
