Job summary

A prominent organization in the UK is seeking a proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO and Chair of the Board. This part-time role requires 16 hours per week, ideally across four mornings. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, preparing meeting materials, and handling correspondence. A successful candidate will have previous experience as an executive assistant, strong organizational skills, and discretion in handling sensitive information. Qualifications
