A leading healthcare service provider in Wimbledon is seeking an experienced IT Support Engineer for Clinical 2nd Line support. This role involves managing support requests via an ITSM platform and providing escalation support. Candidates should have at least two years of experience in IT support at the 2nd line level. Your role
Working with colleagues throughout the business as well as external resources, you will be responsible for managing support requests via our ITSM platform, using your knowledge and experience at a 2nd Line level to take issues through to resolution or, where necessary, escalating with strong handover and troubleshooting detail.
As the primary escalation point for 1st Line Support you will provide a solid backbone to the support function offering mentoring and advice internally as well as a dependable communications link between the IT Infrastructure department, other business departments, partner service providers, suppliers, and customers.

Experience
