A leading insurance broker in the United Kingdom is seeking an Account Handler to join the Edinburgh or Ayr office. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients, managing accounts, and driving client retention through proactive support. Key responsibilities include preparing renewal schedules, negotiating quotes, and managing claims effectively. The role offers competitive compensation and a hybrid working model after probation.
Working hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Duration: Permanent. Location: Edinburgh or Ayr (hybrid working of 2 days working from home per week available upon successful completion of probation).
