• Facilitate exercise and socialisation.
• Assist with care of the client’s dogs.

Job description

Hours: 24‑32 hours available per week. Mixture of day and night shifts, or combined.

Shift patterns are 9:45 am‑6:00 pm or 5:45 pm‑10:00 am following morning (including a sleep‑in period between 12:00 am‑8:00 am). Possibility of a combined shift over a 24‑hour period. Monthly rotas are supplied.

Rate: £14.00 per hour, rising to £15.00 per hour after successful completion of a 6‑month probationary period. £80 set rate per sleepover (for sleep‑in hours -He is a living4726). Time and a half for bank holidays.

Driving licence essential.

Female personal assistant required for a lady with an acquired head injury in her own home in Hamsterley Mill near Rowlands Gill.

Accompanying the client on trips/holidays is a requirement of the job when necessary.
